Jaiden Thompson is a Summer 2026 intern with Avanti Insurance Agency, where he is gaining hands-on experience in insurance operations, client service, business development, and agency leadership. With a strong background in athletics, academics, and leadership, Jaiden brings energy, discipline, and a team-oriented mindset to the Avanti Insurance Agency team.
Originally from Hastings, Michigan, Jaiden graduated from Holt High School before continuing his education at Trine University, where he is majoring in Business Management. In addition to being a full-time student, Jaiden is also a student-athlete on the Trine University football team. Balancing academics and athletics has helped him develop strong leadership skills, accountability, time management, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Football has played an important role in shaping Jaiden’s work ethic and character. Through athletics, he has learned the value of teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and leadership both on and off the field. His dedication to academic excellence has also earned him a place on the Trine University President’s List, recognizing his strong academic performance while competing as a collegiate athlete.
Jaiden is currently working toward earning his master’s degree in Business Management and is focused on building a successful career in the business industry. His internship with Avanti Insurance Agency provides an opportunity to further develop his professional skills while learning more about leadership, customer relationships, insurance operations, and business growth strategies.
