Ashley began her insurance career with a strong foundation in customer service, risk management, and insurance operations. Prior to joining Avanti Insurance Agency, she built extensive industry experience working with nationally recognized organizations, including Foremost Insurance, where she first met Agency Principal Matthew Cobb. Their shared commitment to client advocacy, education, and relationship-driven service later led to Ashley joining the Avanti team.
Known for her approachable personality and dedication to helping others, Ashley works closely with clients to simplify complex insurance decisions and ensure they understand the protection available to them. Her experience spans multiple areas of insurance, allowing her to provide guidance tailored to each client’s unique situation and goals.
In March 2026, Ashley was promoted into a leadership role within Avanti Insurance Agency. In this position, she plays an important role in mentoring and supporting newer agents while helping strengthen the agency’s culture of service and professional development. She also works to establish and grow strategic business relationships on behalf of the agency throughout Michigan and the surrounding region.
Ashley resides in Okemos, Michigan with her husband and their two dogs, Vivian May and Stella. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family, supporting her local community, and continuing her professional growth within the insurance industry.
