Meet Arrow
Arrow the Insurance Navigator is the official mascot of Avanti Insurance Agency and one of the most welcoming members of our team. Born on October 12, 2025, in Kent City, Michigan, Arrow is a friendly Goldendoodle with a big personality, a gentle heart, and a natural gift for making people feel at ease.
Arrow lives in Grandville, Michigan, with her human parents, Matthew and Emily Cobb. When she is not spending time at the Avanti Insurance Agency office, she enjoys playing with other dogs, chasing her toys, greeting everyone she meets, and accepting every belly rub offered.
As Arrow the Insurance Navigator, she symbolizes the guidance and support that every client deserves when making important insurance decisions. Just as a navigator helps travelers find the best route to their destination, Arrow represents our mission to help individuals, families, and businesses find coverage solutions that fit their unique needs and goals.
A Friendly Face
Insurance can feel confusing, stressful, or overwhelming. Between unfamiliar terminology, coverage options, policy exclusions, and important financial decisions, it is easy to understand why many people feel uncertain when navigating the insurance process. While she may be known around the office for her tail wags, playful personality, and love of belly rubs, Arrow also plays an important role in helping bring insurance education to life. Through her upcoming animated adventures and educational content, she will help break down complex insurance topics into simple, easy-to-understand concepts that empower people to make informed decisions with confidence.

Outside of the Office
At home, Arrow enjoys spending time with her two pet siblings, Henry and Teddy, two orange cats with very different opinions about their Goldendoodle roommate. Henry usually prefers to keep his distance, which Arrow interprets as a game of hide and seek. Teddy has become an unexpected loyal companion. It is not uncommon for Matthew and Emily to find Teddy keeping Arrow company near her crate or even waiting inside when he knows it is time for Arrow to settle in.
Arrow’s favorite toys include anything that can be chased after. She loves taking long walks around the pond near her condo – especially when neighbors are outside to greet. She always says hello to the local wildlife, although we are not sure if the deer, turkeys, geese, and foxes realize that is what she is doing. Arrow loves when her furelatives come and visit – including her best friend and older cousin Juniper.
Arrow’s playful personality, loving nature, and curiosity make her a perfect fit for the Avanti Insurance Agency family.
Making Insurance Easier to Understand
Arrow’s animated alter ego will soon appear in videos designed to explain insurance in a simple, friendly, and easy-to-understand way. From home insurance and auto insurance to Medicare, business insurance, renters insurance, and more, Arrow will help guide viewers through important insurance topics without the confusing jargon.
Her goal is simple: help people feel informed, comfortable, and confident when making insurance decisions.
